Tournament FIFA Futsal Rules: FIFA futsal is played in two 20-minute halves with a stopped clock and one timeout per team per half. The keeper may throw the ball across the midline. Each side has five players on the court with unlimited flying substitutions. The game uses a smaller, low-bounce ball, and all restarts are kick-ins taken within four seconds. Goalkeepers also have four seconds to release the ball and cannot receive it again in their own half unless an opponent has touched it. Teams are allowed five accumulated fouls per half; beginning with the sixth, opponents receive a direct 10-meter free kick. A red card forces a team to play down for two minutes or until the opposing team scores. Slide tackles involving opponents and shoulder charges are not allowed, and teams may use a flying goalkeeper for attacking play.

Tie Breaker Rules: If two teams finish with the same wins and losses, the tie is broken using the following order: head-to-head result between the tied teams, then overall goal difference, followed by total goals scored, then fewest goals conceded, and then strength of schedule based on results against the highest-ranked common opponents. If still tied, fair play points are compared, with fewer cards ranking higher. If a winner still cannot be determined, the teams proceed to a three-kick penalty shootout, and if necessary, a final coin toss decides the placement.

Times, dates and locations are subject to change.
